Anyone who is at least 18 years old and has a property or accommodation that they are willing to offer to others. Registration requires at least one accommodation to be listed.
We accept various types of accommodations, including:
Room
Entire apartment
Flat
House
Holiday home
Bungalow
Houseboat
Caravan
Campsite
The point value is calculated automatically based on the following:
The base point value assigned to the accommodation type
The selected extra features (e.g., private bathroom, kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc.)
All extras must be supported with photos, and up to 3 extras can be selected.
Registration is completely free for the first 100 users.
From the 101st user onward, a one-time joining fee applies: starting at €30 and increasing by €10 for every 100 new members until it reaches a maximum of €200. Payment is only possible via bank transfer after an invoice is sent by the admin.
Yes, except for the first 100 registered users, everyone must pay an annual maintenance fee of €30, due on the anniversary of their registration. This amount is not expected to change in the future.
Points can be used to book overnight stays at accommodations offered by other members. The system is based on a cash-free, community-based exchange model. Every new user receives enough bonus points for about 7 nights, which can be used immediately.
No. The platform operates on a point-based exchange system with no money involved. However, the points earned can be used to stay at other members' accommodations, allowing you to vacation without cost.
The administrator reviews the submitted data and uploaded accommodation photos. If anything is missing, you may be asked to provide additional materials via email. Once the registration is approved, you can fully use the platform.

Currently, bank transfer is the only payment method. We are working to add credit card and other online payment options soon, and members will be notified when they become available.
Bookings are strictly between members; the platform is not responsible for fulfillment.
